DENTAL ADMINISTRATION REFRESHER

Course Details:

Classes are available online on the 1st and 15th of each month.

All course materials are included in the tuition fees.

Registration is completed online up to 48 hours before the commencement of the class.

Course length is 30 hours. Certificate of training is given upon completion of the course.

Course Outline & Syllabus:

This course program involves a thorough review of dental anatomy, charting,  administrative roles and responsibilities, dental specialties, infection control practices, dental insurance, claims, and predits. 

Discuss in-depth patient charts and relationships, social media for the office, marketing to new and existing patients, and managing the schedule. 

Review content for Dentrix software, chart filing, patient transfers, A/R, efficiently and, running the front desk efficiently.

Course Cost:

Tuition per student is $688.99. Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, and direct e.transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

A $40.00 non-refundable or transferable fee is required for this program.
